"Some highlights: * a clean environment * nice greeting (over the phone was iffy though) * good ambiance * nice and clean towels for lash cleaning prior to appointment * quiet and calm environment * good parking spaces * comfortable lashing setting, blanket is provided with your service * the stylist made sure i was comfortable * nice and relaxing and quiet lash time, i enjoy the peace and quiet * exact set, style, and length i wanted * double checked and verified my set before beginning and asked if there were any questions or concerns with lashes as well Things to Consider: * unaware of the change of stylist being a Master stylist. management told me over the phone that there would be a change of a stylist but did not specify the type, my mistake though, but please be sure to ask ahead prior to your lash application. it is an another additional $20..the lady did tell me the tiers of the lash artist but was unaware because i was not notified ahead of time. * stated on the phone the pricing breakdown, i agreed to it. getting ready for payment, the lady in the front verbally told me the breakdown of intro price was $99.99, plus hybrid was $45.99 and i left a $20 tip for my lash stylist, but left out the master stylist pricing (additional 20) * i could tell there wasn't too much isolation going on with my eyes, so the glue burned worse than usual near the lash line. lash extensions should be as close to your eye line as possible without it actually touching. some extensions being directly there are exceptional, but lifting up my lash line i saw almost every single lash extension stuck to my lash line. this may cause problems in keeping up with the longevity of the lash set, but they turned out looking better than i thought! my appt was at 10 but didn’t get into the lash room until around 10:05-07 and when i checked the time i was already finished around 10:52-54. * they do not offer you a complimentary spooly brush to take home. you can buy a ton of them online on amazon for cheaper and it comes with cheaper lash shampoo as well. * PLEASE be AWARE of their policy bookings, if you plan to cancel, do it 24 hours PRIOR to the appt or rescheduling. this is the type of business that makes you pay 50% or full depending on if you do no call no show. * based on the amount of lashes i got from an at home lash tech vs a business establishment here with the same length, style, and type of lash set i wanted , it was a bit different. however, i do understand that lash extensions also depend on how many lashes you have on each eye! i wanted to properly be as honest and transparent as possible with this place. the lash stylist did ask me if i liked them and now after a few days its starting to sink in! the styling is a bit different from what im used to, but she took care of me and i enjoyed my time here:)! Ashlynn was nice and considerate ! maybe i’ll go for a fill in or touch up, looking forward to it."

"Save your money! This place was so horrible from start to finish. I booked online at 2pm with a stylist listed as $101.99 for lash lift and tint. One hour later they call me and need to rebook me for 3pm with an alternate artist bc that one couldn’t do it. Okay, fine I understand. So I go at 3pm, the stylist says legit five words to me the ENTIRE visit. Which okay, is also fine, I don’t want to chat the whole time, but like, no “how are you?” Or “have you ever had a lash lift before?” etc. nothing. So whatever I finish and go to checkout and the cashier says “it’s $121.99 “, would you like to leave a tip?” I’m like??? “Oh online it said $101.99 for a nonmember” and then she proceeds to tell me the girl they rescheduled me with is a “master stylist” so she’s more. Okay, this would have been GREAT information to give me when you called me to reschedule with this new person I didn’t even pick! Then I’m like you know what I probably got a much better job than with the other girl because this is a master so let me not say anything………. When I tell you this was the most BASIC and POORLY DONE lash lift and tint I have ever seen I am not underestimating. I legitimately could have done a better job myself with a lash lift and tint kit off Amazon for $40! This is such a scam, and a total a waste of time and money. Like I said save your money and don’t ever come here."

"DO NOT RECOMMEND. every single time I’ve been here there’s been a problem. Either the stylist didn’t listen to what I requested, the price was hiked up and not reflected on the website, policies change without being reflected on the website, and VERY often have felt disrespected by the stylist or customer service professional. I’ve given this place a few chances, but at this point I will not return. I was charged an extra $30 because the prices miraculously went up with no notice. I recommend North Buckhead location or another company altogether."
