"I am extremely pissed. Walked into this location waited for about 35 mins. Was denied service by an Asian woman with dark red hair and glasses. I have a sew in that is currently cut into a bob, I wanted the cut shorter, she said it is great clips policy to not cut “ fake hair”. Well, I visited great clips location on in Buckhead back in September with a similar hair style they cut my hair with no problem. Anywho this lady at the Roswell Rd location continued to say “we don’t cut fake hair” “we don’t cut wig” “it’s not you real hair”. I said ma’am this is not a wig this is a sew in, she proceeds to say “it not you real hair. We only cut real hair”. Furthermore she said it was a liability to line up my bob, because I would be mad if she “messed it up”. I said why would I be mad? She says “oh you not be mad”? Then says I’m sorry we don’t cut fake hair at this location. This felt like discrimination, the level of ignorance on ethnic an hair style is unacceptable. I have virgin human hair not synthetic. Horrible experience & customer service. My question is what’s the difference in liability if you “mess” up a cut on my natural hair ? Then to assume I would be mad! Stereotype and discrimination at its finest. Not to mention today is my birthday."

"I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN AS LONG AS EBONY IS THERE!!! I left there in tears after she did a horrible job cutting my hair. I showed her a picture and my hair looks NOTHING like that. Thankfully it's just hair and it will grow back. But to make things worse, she has the nerve to argue with me about it. Ebony, be an adult and accept that you screwed up! Don't argue with the customer when you see they are clearly upset with the job you did! Friends, be aware of Ebony!!! I sent an email to the email address provided and never heard back. That just proves how unprofessional this location is being managed. Not just will I never return, I will let everyone I know how horrible this location truly is!"

"I love going here but unfortunately I got the hair cutter from hell attitude issues didn’t know or feel with scissors but her energy was awful afterwards she hit upset that I was going to wait for Lee which she fixed what The other one did wrong… what was so discomforting was her continued name calling me and then faking being on the phone and having a disparaging conversation about her fellow employee and myself. I won’t go get a cut their if shes their her demeanor was way to negative"

"Great location, but tricky to find unless you know this: Park on P3, then look for the wall of shops. Because it's right next to parking and not everyone knows this, wait times are usually low, and it's actually pretty convenient once you know where to go."
