"My nails look absolutely horrible. I’m quite sure the nail tech knew it as well. I also informed her of what a terrible job she did and she did not try to fix them. My nails are uneven, smudged and very sloppy. It was the worse I ever experienced. It was my first time there and I never went back."

"Usually they are pretty good with a few quality issues here and there but today is the worse I've experienced.Ive waited a hr and a half and they let someone come in front of me.Once I finally got an overlay on my nails they sent me to the pedicure chair and the manager acted as if he was about to start my feet but I had already told the lady who did my nails only polish on my toes.He proceeded to go in the back and eat food for 20mins.On top of that the tech who did my overlay started someone else (who came in way after me) even finishing her nails while I'm still sitting here with only an overlay...I will be finding a new salon.Update...I'm sitting here while they are finishing 3 ppl who came after me...I guess since I'm only getting a nail change they toss me to the side....but that's ok."

"The customer services was okay. I just don’t like when people do what they want instead of what you ask. I showed her a picture & told her I wanted my nails exactly like the photo. After she started doing my nails I complained they were too long & she said they would not be long after she shaped them. She continues my Nails & they were still too long. I asked her why she didn’t shape them to the length I asked for & she said because it’ll look better long. The picture I showed her they were short & still looked good so I’m confused.. honestly, I asked for them short because of work so for her to do them long bc “ It looks better” is absolutely absurd. Don’t get me wrong after she finished the nails looked great but it wasn’t what I asked for."

"It was just okayy. The tech caught an attitude when I wanted to change the color. He was throwing my hands and everything smh but the pedicure was good. She was nice. I still tipped em both but I won't be bacl."
