"Phenomenal people and work! I'm generally picky about getting my nails done other than my mom or myself, but Kristen did an absolutely beautiful job as she got my set just right. It's the perfect shape, thickness, length, everything. She was easy to talk to and understood my preferences. "I had to switch nail shops and so I called each listed under best nail salons near me. When I called, a man answered, answered each of my questions promptly, and let me know when I could come in. When I entered he greeted and sat me, then reseated me when I decided to do toes too. They were very open and inviting, calm, peaceful, and the place was lively with good vibes. Kristen was my nail tech and must I say, she snapped!! I explained to her what the nail tech at fly nails did and she understood 1000%. I don’t and haven’t had ANY issues with my set and I’m about to enter week 3. None lifting or changing. They still look like a fresh set. She also taught me about what caused what, like the damage on my nails, she was able to explain beautifully. She also has very strong nails of her own, no polish or anything. I told her, I want my nails to grow like hers lol. She was amazing with the execution as well. Before doing anything, she pushed back my cuticles, without being asked(something I usually ask for and don’t get, so I stopped asking) She was able to hold conversations (and not too many) with me while completing the job. And swiftly too, I don’t think she spent more than, if even, an hour to do my nails. I have never been more satisfied with the treatment and care. I’ll certainly be back in 1-2 weeks for the next set. Thank you all!!"
