"I’ve always had a mix experiences with this place, sometimes it’s good and other times not so good. But this time was the worse. I have multiple moles on my face and have never had any issues with them being in the way when people have threaded my eyebrows. But this time around, Rashida did my eyebrows and went near my eye-line and ripped one of my moles off. When she realized what she had done she proceeded to finish and put lotion on my bleeding scar! When I looked in the mirror and seen what she had done, she said that she ‘took off a bump’ and when I mentioned that it was a mole she didn’t seem to understand the depth of it. I know it may not be a big deal but with someone who has many moles and never had a problem with this before, I’m very upset about it and the lack of awareness she had. Will not be returning."
