"I won't go to this salon anymore. I got gel nail polish, paid $60 plus tip and after 3 days while I was out of town I had to remove the gel and re-do the whole process. The other nail shop told me that the base used by nail fever was poor quality; that's why the gel was coming off after only a couple of days. I again went back to nail fever to remove the gel and I asked the thech to do it gently. She unfortunately made my nails so thin that I had to cut all my nails short and I'm still worried that they chip or break. I also got pedicure a couple of times at this place and was not happy with the work the technician did. Every time the polish chipped after a day or two!"

I've been getting powder dip nails for years at other places and thought I would try Nail Fever because it was close to my house, after a few days they are chipping and cracking. After posting my review, the manager responded and offered to fix my SNS manicure. I went back, she apologized on behalf of the other technician and completely redid my nails, she did a great job. I would definitely go back to see her."
