"I normally go this braiding shop and they usually do a good job I've even referred people to them. But when I went on Oct 12th they didn't do a great job I asked for havana twist when the twist didn't look like that just look like regular twist which I was okay with that .the problem is that all my braids are different sizes l even have one that comes to my butt. After this experience I will not be returning to them or referring them anymore.."

"She only wanted six briads. And this is what someone in that shop did. For $70. After contacting the owner of the shop, sending her pictures of the braids, she was willing to redo her hair. However, When she went back, they did not want to redo the her hair. So, i told her to get the money back and go elsewhere."

"Today, I arrived here at 11am. I was told to return at 12pm. I arrive and they have me seated. 1:22pm they have someone leave another client in the chair and dry my hair. Mind you my hair was already washed and dried on arrival. They are drying my already dry hair. After waiting since 11am I ask them if I can get cornrows or something simpler. I show them a braided back style with design. Something I’m able to do myself to my nieces Since my style has changed, they now say that they unable to do stitch braids or another simpler style . After driving an hour to be here and waiting since 11am I am leaving. They won’t get a penny from me."
