"I want to say her name is Martha if not Masha. Sorry but wasn’t fan of her service nor her attitude. If my hair is tangled please just add detangler, it’ll save us time and me pain. Also, because I went with bangs she said “um did you just think of that right now? I’m paying does it make a difference ?? She also didn’t care to show me if I liked my trim. Typically they give you a mirror and ask what you think. I didn’t get that either."

"I am very picky about who cuts my hair because of various factors prior to having Kim who I absolutely love. She’s very thorough. Professional and knowledgeable. I don’t even mind driving 45 minutes to the Austell location.I know I will always have a great haircut and customer service with Kim ."

"I'm only given 3 stars cause I like the hair cut I got. But when I 1st came in I had a sinking feeling that I should not be here. The young lady that 1st served me was nice. But I kept showing her what I wanted she wasn't sure how to do it. Which I get especially if she is new . But I think she should of had someone training her if she is under experienced. She called over another lady to come help the lady then took over she wouldn't even let me sit my purse and my hat on her stand instead I had to put my belongings in the floor.. she was very rude with and attitude I felt very judged for wanting the cut . This was my 1st time and last time ."

"Just got my sweet toddler's haircut this morning and had an entertaining and great experience. I wish I had gotten the name of our stylist. We bonded over shared feminist beliefs after a male customer wasn't sure how to act like a human. She handled the situation so well when the man made snide remarks. She did a beautiful hair cut on my daughter and we will definitely figure out what her name is so we can have her next time. Overall we are delighted."
