"Aweful nails! $60 for misery. I got yelled at by the girl doing my nails because I told her the nails were all crooked and she said she's not done yet, she was just chopping away. Don't put acrylic on nails you can't even file to fix. They are all different lengths especially my thumbs. I was told to come closer the entire time and I had to tell her I can touch the back of her chair. Never going there again! Poor customer service and bad nail jobs."
"Owner was very rude, had an attitude when I informed him that I wanted my toe mail tip cut shorter. I informed him that I wouldn’t allow his attitude nor allow him to speak to me in an aggressive manner. I didn’t have an attitude when I voiced my dislike of how my big toe nail looked and that I had a right to voice my complaint. I will NEVER patronize this place again!!!!"
"I went to First class nails in Quincy Fl to get a pedicure earlier today. I walked in picked a color, and sat down to wait. When it was my turn, the lady called me back. She had my water started and she began what was very short pedicure. She did not bring clean tools out, she used them from a drawer in the stand beside the table, and I just assumed that she had grabbed them prior to bringing me over. There was lady across the room that kept looking at me with a disgusted look on her face. After my pedicure was done, I sat and dried under the lights for a few minutes and then paid. They lady that was leaving at the same time I was just so happened to be the lady that had been sitting across from me the whole time, and she informed me that the tools, towels and basin that were used on me, were the same one that had been used on the customer prior to me and that I needed to go home and disinfect my skin to the best of my ability. She stated that they had not cleaned the bowl between us or anything. As previously stated, I had noted that when I say down, the tools that she used were already in a drawer and were not brought over clean, however I just assumed that she had gotten them prior to notifying me that it was my turn. The pumice stone that she scrubbed my feet with she "cleaned" with a brush from the drawer, no chemicals, and the dropped it back in the drawer (them pumice stone, and brush) after completing my pedicure. I am appalled at the level of filth and disrespect for my health that was shown. This place needs to be shut down!"
"I wish I could give them no stars! Worst experience ever. I stopped by last week and they only had one customer in there. The lady was very rude and mean. Her husband was very nice and pleasant I was hoping he would help me but she did instead. She ruined my eyebrows and she didn’t even want to do my nails she would aggressively push my hand away. Needless to say the day after getting them done the polish was chipping off and fading. Please stay away from this place!!! Never again will I waste my time or money here!"
"Never again will I visit this nail shop, I've never had issues before. Today was awful, I went to get my brows waxed. She did nothing to them and then when I called her out she got really ugly with me... The worst part was that she still wanted to get paid!! They don't even deserve one star..."
