"My wife cancelled her appointment 2 weeks ago and we got charged for the full amount for her appointment today. Now you are doing this without giving your customers a written disclaimer. You have no website, your Facebook has no mention or prices. So you illegally charged, no authorization. This is not good business practice and it's a federal crime to charge a card without authorization or consent. You really need to take some business classes with the laws of what you can do and what you can't do."
