"Braids were tight, left edges out and she did her own thing and put them back in. Did a side part without asking me. Asked for ends to be curled and she braided too far and didn't even ask. Kept yanking me around when asking me to turn my head."

"I went around 10 this morning to see if they had any openings. She took my number down and called back within 15 minutes saying I could come in at 2pm. I arrived at 2pm to get knotless box braids. The young lady started my hair around 2:30. After a few braids I noticed how slow she was moving and I knew I didn’t want to be there all day. After about an hour she had only installed 5 braids. She was an amateur braided which is something I’ve never experienced at an African braiding salon. I ended up paying $40 for the 5 braids in my head and leaving. Once I got home to remove them, they literally unraveled in my hands. Very poor quality and extremely SLOW! Wouldn’t recommend AT ALL!"

"I got my hair braided at the shop as a walk in during the evening around 6 o’clock. I was thankful that a salon near my area was still accepting walk ins so late in the evening. I explained the style I wanted and Amy was able to do that in about 4 to 4 1/2 hours. The shop was clean and everyone seemed to get along well. The only “downside” is she braids really tight, it’s a good thing because they’re going to last; however, they might also take your edges lol, my scalp is a little raw near the side part. She laid my edges and put my hair in a neat bun once she was done, my style only cost $100.00. I will be going back whenever I need my hair braided again."
