As always, finding someone to work with one's hair can be a nerve-wracking experience, but the folks at Live Label made it a welcoming and relaxing experience. Right as I walked in, I was offered a complimentary beverage while I waited (a short while) to be seated. I had a great conversation with everyone who engaged with me, and it was clear that Gel, my stylist, knew exactly what she was doing with my hair. I chose the Cut & Relax option for my first visit to sort of treat myself to the experience, which included shampoo and a hot towel and made for a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.
