"We were in the store for a while but no one approached us to offer help except for one employee and for one time. Some even showed impatience on their looks. I understand this may just be a summer job, or a temp job, or your first job that you just tried to get paid. Know that if you work from your heart to help others, learn to be patient and attentive, learn to read people and their needs and how to meet their needs, this little job will provide invaluable benefits for your future greater endeavors. "We had a terrible experience here. The manager had an awful attitude towards us, and she even yelled at us to get out! Yelled in front of the whole store, even though we were talking calmly to her. We just came in to buy a few pairs of shoes and asked to try some on. Just how a normal customer would. We’ve been buying shoes from sketchers for so many years now and have never received such awful customer service. Not sure who’s in charge of the manager, but she needs to be reevaluated. The employees working under her were nice and helped a lot more. Honestly did not expect such a bad experience. Wish I could give 0/10"
