"i came here since my husband had highly recommended them. i am not pro runner by any means, but i want to get more into it and that means i needed to get some new shoes! the employee, jon, was incredibly helpful and sooo non-judgmental. he was able to educate me a lot about my own feet and picked some, if not, the most comfortable shoes i have ever put on. he spent about an hour or more with me, and i felt very good about my purchase. especially knowing how much time and thought went into this purchase. overall, a 10/10 and who knows? maybe my next pair will be for the marathon i signed up for ☺️"
"When I came here to get replacement insoles a year ago, I had a great experience. Now this store has disappointed me, and I won't be coming back. My wife and I waited for 30 minutes, and no one came back to help us. We had signed in because one of the employees told us to when we first got there. There was three couples ahead of us. All of the couples had been taken care of and had paid for their shoes. We still sitting there waiting. One lady had finished with her customers for ten minutes and stood around to talk with her coworkers, knowing we were waiting to be helped. She was aware we were waiting because she asked to relief my wife's seat so she could finish up her sale. It was blatant disregard and horrible customer service. So much so, that a customer noticed while leaving that we had been waiting too long and told us to peep our head around the corner to get an employee's attention. At this point, we were done and exited the store."
