"The lady there was very informative and likes the company herself. So it's nice when I can shop with help from an ambitious person who wants to help me know what I'm buying."
"Very nice lady over the phone. So far the order for my husband's shoes is going good. Let you know otherwise."
"Excellent customer service! I live 3 hours from this location. Because of the professionial and friendly experience i had, i have now set up an account to exclusively buy from this store for my future business needs!"
"Awesome store and great experience! My trip was so personal and thorough. They scanned my feet and gave me every possible solution! I walked out very happy and confident with my purchase... Harrison was so great and made my experience that much more enjoyable!!!"
"The store rep that sold the shoes had no control over what the brand Red Wing is willing to do for their customers. So I am not disappointed in the service provided by that store rep, or even the store manager. I am deeply disappointed in Red Wing for not accommodating my disability, despite the fact that Red Wing prides itself in being an excellent shoe brand ready for any job. What about for people who want to perform hard work with disabilities? No warranty is covered for us if we made necessary medical modifications to our expensive Red Wing shoes. Not only are these expensive from Red Wing--the modification performed makes the shoes 30%+ more expensive AND voids the warranty, making the shoes over $400 AND irreplaceable. Other shoe brands are more accommodating to disabilities, such as Keen. I will be shopping there in the future."
