"Great experience. Referred here by a FB friend and happy to have a Smyrna small business to support. Bobby was friendly, knowledgable, thorough, and an excellent (sneaky) service provider! After analyzing my shoe size, arch, and gait, he had a strong idea of what would be ideal. Bringing out multiple options, he carefully watched my face and reaction without comment as I tried each pair. The third was the ringer, and he was spot on. Several shoes felt good, but only one felt perfect. Trust people to do what they do."

"One of the owners(I forget his name) came to a local running club to support and talk to the runners. I needed new running shoes and he mentioned he had a shop nearby. FullScope is super close to my house so I thought "Why not?" The owner was very helpful and knowledgable when helping me find a pair of running shoes that fit, were still cute and that gave me the arch support I need. I tried on 4 different pairs before finding the perfect ones and the owners very patient with me testing them all out. The only downside is that they don't carry Brooks. I didn't mind this because I don't care about brand names too much but use a heads up."
