The service staff were slow and not proactive in offering appetizers / drinks for our group of 10 at a business dinner. They also mixed up our order at some point."

"My husband took me for Valentine's. We had 5-course meals. Because he's allergic to crustaceans, we were limited to only one option per course. Didn't care for rare waygu. Chicken and Brussels were delish as well as sorbet and nitro dessert bar. Dinner for two was over $500. Wish there was some soft music playing. We sat out in the open, so didn't really feel like we were in a restaurant vs hotel lobby. Waitress was a little awkward at times, but male server was awesome."
