"Woman at the drive through was incredibly rude, got my order wrong and huffed at me for it, then loudly told her coworkers I was "changing" my order. It's not "changing" when that was what I ordered to start with. I ended up driving off without the food because of her bad attitude."

"The drive through girl got my order wrong and when I asked for it to be corrected she got an attitude. Then she gave me food that was thrown together and missing stuff. The prices are ridiculous so getting what I actually ordered prepared the way it should be should’ve been handled better."

"If there's any restaurant that's over priced, it's definitely here. The fries were cold and only half full. The drink was 99% ice. The Krystal's were so bad my dog workshop eat them."

"It had been a while since I've been to Krystal, but I was craving some of those delicious little squares today. I went inside and ate. I ordered the number 4, it included 5 cheese Krystal burgers, a drink, and chili cheese fries. Everything was hot and delicious, and I might make this a regular thing. The lady that rang me up was very nice, so was the young lady that brought my food to my table. She asked me if I needed anything else, and I asked her for some mustard packs, and she brought them right out. I've been going to this Krystal for as long as I can remember. I have fond memories of coming here with my grandfather. I would get a few Krystal burgers and a large chili with their delicious oyster crackers."
