"This whataburger is newer. We stopped and had a great meal. The employees where super friendly. The burger and fries where fresh and hot. The tray of ketchup came out. They where pushing the spicy ketchup for some reason, but that was ok. Overall a good experience. Its pricy though."
"Ate at this location and was served by Taylor. The strawberry milkshake was horrible. No real fruit and tasted artificial. Had to throw it away as I never tasted something so disgusting. After requesting an exchange the restaurant gave me two apple pies. Would not recommend ordering any milkshakes."
"These reviews are pretty harsh for fast food. I went on opening night and I did have a long wait but that’s expected. The customer service was great and my order was correct and hot. I had a patty melt which was huge and tasty, a cinnamon roll and and a free Whataburger that you get if you download the app. The only downside was the price, it was pretty pricey ($22) but I’ll be back and I’m glad Covington has more food choices."
"I’m so disappointed honestly we’ve been waiting for this to open forever and we came today (grand opening) and we are not impressed. We got the spicy chicken sandwich, patty melt, double burger, chili cheese fries, and drinks. Total was $40 and some change. The patty melt was on 2 soggy unflavorful pieces of toasted bread, the patties themselves weren’t anything to brag about flavor wise either. The double burger was just your average burger, comparable to a Big Mac. The spicy chicken sandwich I ordered with cheese and paid $1 to add cheese but didn’t get it, so I just got lettuce and Mayo and honestly would never get it again, I would sooner go to chic fil a for a spicy chicken sandwich. The chili cheese fries are just like sonics. When they brought out our food they asked if we needed ketchup or anything I said I needed ranch and they told me I’d have to get back in line for it but the line was going out of the door… Based on todays experience I don’t see myself or my family coming back."
