"Visiting Chattanooga on business and was craving BBQ so decided to give Barque a try after reading positive reviews online. Walked in and was greeted by super friendly staff and customers, which was a nice start. Ordered the Texas Trio with brisket, ribs and burnt ends, unfortunately they were out of brisket so I went with double ribs. Burnt ends were really nice, moist and good flavor. The ribs were cooked perfectly with just the right amount of smoke, although I felt the rub was a little heavy on black pepper for my taste. Had cole slaw and hot slaw as my sides, both were fresh but a little bland, and the cornbread was a bit dry. All in all, a good experience and I would definitely recommend and visit again."

"First timers here last week! Our hostess, server & cashier, Megan, was personable, helpful and efficient! The ownership is fortunate to have an employee like her working for them! The brisket I ordered was tender and favorable! My wife had the BBQ chicken, and she thoroughly enjoyed it! The baked beans were nothing special, and were on par with a better brand of canned beans. The cornbread was somewhat dry, but then again, my wife makes the best cornbread I have ever had.....anywhere!!!!"

"Wow! This place is incredible. Easily some of the best barbecue in town! So far we have dined in on the porch and picked up takeout. The ribs are fall off the bone. The pulled pork and chicken are flavorful and moist. The brisket chili is absolutely delicious! Can’t say enough great things about the variety and quality of the sides! Looking forward to trying other things on the menu as well. Aside from the food the service is wonderful. When we dined in the young lady who brought our food out was so kind and attentive. When we got takeout the gentleman was prompt, friendly and accommodating. The outside area is super cute too! Looking forward to enjoying more meals here in the future!"
