"The staff was amazing! There was an older guy who made sure that I got what I had wanted. I ordered something that was not on the menu and it was delicious. The guy even brought me a second sushi roll and a to go box. Seriously good food and staff that is passionate about their food! It was super refreshing to go to a place where the people are just as much of a foodie as me. And seemed to enjoy making it just as much as I enjoy eating it!"
"Fun little sushi restaurant with friendly staff and a nice selection. It's hard to beat all you can eat sushi, but when the quality is this great it's really a treat. Our server was very friendly, plus they have a neat little robo-waiter that will occasionally stop by to drop off your order. I'll definitely be back to see them again and again."
"I’m gonna start by saying that we’ve been to this place many times and it used to be our favorite sushi place to go with the kids. It wasn’t phenomenal, but very good for all you can eat sushi. After our last visit, it will be very hard for us to go back. The first small thing was the miso soup, basically just broth with no tofu or seaweeds at all, not even a shadow. Two separate sushi rolls tasted awful, very fishy and completely wrong. We are not picky eaters and I don’t remember ever spitting out my food at any restaurants, but this time I had to. It tasted like raw fish skin or something very unpleasant like that, and it was frozen to boot. They were similar rolls, with the same type of minced spicy salmon, and I think I would have been understanding if a more serious attempt at rectifying the situation was made. Our server was nice and asked about it, was told that it was frozen but fresh, and we assured her something was very wrong with it. Aside from her, when we made it known to the lady at the register, we got reluctant apologies, rushed excuses, and nothing else. Anything would have worked: a bigger gesture like comping one of the meals, or a smaller one like comping one of the kids meals (which would have been easy since we had a toddler that barely ate) or offering dessert or something. I normally don’t write bad reviews and I like giving the benefit of the doubt, but The attitude is what bothered me the most, together with the fact that we paid a lot of money for a very poor experience. And that I was up with an upset stomach all night."
"We usually love this place. Today the table was very sticky, (which they attempted to clean but would not come off) and the glass was dirty with sauce on the outside. Overall the food is good but pricing is somewhat intimidating as they threaten to charge you if you can't eat every piece. They have good food and the lunch pricing is better, of course. Overall, I would recommend. Good experience. The friendly robot is cute but she gets confused if the floor is wet from mopping."
"The robot that brought out food was cool but confusing! Another table took our food and we accidentally took other people’s food as several of the plates all looked there same. A staff must have used the wrong cleaning products because literally half the restaurant was so slick everyone was struggling to stay on their feet and all the kids unintentionally fell down and one of the boys really did hurt himself. Because of the cheap prices for all you can eat… and I’m cheap and love a good deal, I’m going to give them another try because the sushi was pretty good!"
