"Came in for a "free" phone upgrade on an account. We paid the taxes in store and clarified there would be charges on the account; the full amount of the phone $1000 was billed to the account and never mentioned to us. Their customer service was unprofessional and the sales representative did not seem to understand the promotions that I was applicable for and did not explain them fully to us before we made our purchase. I called customer service believing this to be a simple billing error after getting the bill and they did not offer a refund. If the offer that was explained to us was not accurate, I would not have made the purchase. On top of this, the phone that they gave me had an issue with the battery so I had to ask for a new one, which seems to be causing more confusion to the situation."
