"I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman that assisted us.. all I can say is that even though they did not carry what we were actually looking for (a generator cover), he went above and beyond to try and help us! I work in retail and for someone to try to assist us to that degree was amazing!! It was a Saturday morning and they didn't open until 10am.. we got there at about 15 minutes before. (We thought they opened at 9) This gentleman came out as we were walking back to our vehicle to let us know it would be about 10 minutes. We decided to wait. 5 minutes later he came and waved us in. Then proceeded to give the best customer service I have received in YEARS!!!"
