"This location not good with filling drive through orders. Ordered 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese, I had ONE not toasted bagel in the back. Can you get an order correct just once?"

"The plan mini bagels with the cream cheese oh my goodness they are delicious!! For an adult I would recommend 2 orders since they are minis, for a toddler 1 order unless they are a big eater lol my granddaughter liked the everything mini bagels.. The chicken sandwich was delicious also!!"

"Was told this morning they were out of large ice cups and only had decaf coffee when I asked for a large pumpkin spiced iced latte. It may have been true… but it was 6:45 in the morning on a Saturday. It seemed more like they just didn’t want to make it. When I ordered through the drive thru, the young girl said “um,” turned off her mic for a minute, came back saying “um” again and then stated what I listed up there. I go to this location often because of where I live and work, but I think it’s time to stop. There’s been little disappointments here and there, but I think this morning was just the straw that broke the camel’s back. I’ll sacrifice a little extra time in the morning to go to a better location from this point on. It was just a weird and disappointing interaction. I even told the girl “good luck and I really hope you don’t get any angry customers today.” Which I sincerely meant because people can be awful. But she just turned off her mic and stopped communicating at that point. I don’t know, she probably thought I was a Karen. All around disappointing."

"Stopped in ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese. Asked specifically to NOT toast my bagel. That request changed the entire communication. The girl got nasty and condescending. Figured it took a long time for them to bring my food to me literally like 6 minutes. That's a long time in the drive thru but apparently they were in the back looking for the worst most rubbery plain bagel they could find and served it to me. This is called theft. You cannot take money from a customer and deliberately give them garbage because you don't like them. I almost broke a tooth trying to bite the bagel. Not to mention they gave me the thinnest layer of cream cheese possible. Please review the pics. Horrible service DO NOT EVER go to this Dunkin donuts."
