"The only problem I had was where I was sitting. Soon as you pass the hostess desk by the bar. The lamp over my table was attracting these little flying insects that continued to hover over my seafood and my drink. So much so that I couldn’t sit and enjoy my meal. I asked for takeout boxes and left. I was disappointed because I enjoy my waitress “Mel” whenever I have the opportunity to served by her, I leave with a big smile. The food excellent as always. I will return but I know where NOT to be seated next time"

"That was terrible experience. We were three people. All knives and forks was really dirty and greasy. We had to use plastic ones instead. Poor service. We waited for a long time. I ll never come this place again."

"BEWARE! If I could give ZERO stars I would. Be cautious when ordering online, Sunday I ordered a meal. When I got to work and opened up the food, I discovered a hair. I immediately called and spoke with the manager, he told me I could bring the meal back and get a refund plus a free meal. I left work to return the meal and I informed the manager I didn't want a free meal just a refund. The manager told me he could not give me a refund because I ordered online through the redlobster website. And was no help in telling me how to go about getting a refund just said it was nothing he could do. I submitted a form online for someone to contact me and still nothing. So basically redlobster took my money and I'm left with nothing. I will NEVER spend my money at another Red Lobster, they've lost a customer! I'm also going to submit a complaint with the BBB and see if I can get a resolution that way."

"We went Saturday for lunch and had the Endless Shrimp. Everything was great! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. We will definitely be back soon."

"I ordered the Sailor's platter which consisted of popcorn shrimp, flounder fish, and shrimp scampi. It came with two sides, I had the French fries, and a house salad. It was a generous amount of food. I also enjoyed the chedder biscuits they served. Our waitress, (Madison) did an outstanding job while working obviously understaffed. I feel the prices were fair. I would eat here again."
