Wooden Nickel Pub

"We ordered two different drinks from the menu. The waitress returned twice saying they didn't have some ingredients for both. ON A SATURDAY NIGHT. That made us decide to not staying in this place and leave after drinking what we had to get. We asked for the ticket and she brought it. She never came back to take the payment. We had to find her sitting on a table texting on her phone and make her close our account. My impression is this place is ran by family with critical management problems like not being prepared for a weekend."

"Was very excited to finally come try this spot out. Upon entering and meeting our friend at the bar, we were greeted by a bartender who couldn't be bothered to look up from his phone. Then when my girlfriend asked if he had anything bubbly he had a snarky comment about "I have sprite" instead of just saying he didn't have any champagne. Then he said there were hooks under the bar to move "our suitcase" to, referring to my girlfriend's purse. When asking if we wanted to order any food he turned around and walked away. Will not be returning here if the staff can't be bothered to even half a** pretend to care about engaging with the customer. I would like to add that there was only one other guest at the bar, so he was by no means "too busy"."

"My hamburger was great need to be cooked a little more to me and they didn't ask me how I wanted it done or what I told him I wanted it done. However the appetizer basket of fried mushrooms corn nuggets chicken tenders Etc tasted like the oil it was Friday and was old and gave me some very bad stomach issues to the point that I couldn't even eat the next morning until about middle of the day they're just staying in the bathroom and stomach aches. Since this was the last place that I ate at before I had the issues I'm pretty sure that that's where they came from. Again however the hamburger was pretty good a little more pink than I would have liked wasn't impressed with the so-called atmosphere really even for a Pub atmosphere it had a lacking service was great though. However I don't think I'll be going back myself."

"We love the Wooden Nickel. Great service, great food, great people. I had the gyro and it was portioned right. Maybe a little too many fries, but I don't like wasting food. Always a good choice for a bite and a cold drink."

"Food was great. Arcade games at back were fun. Bring cash for those! My husband got the Reuben and I got their burger add bacon. The burger was delicious! Atmosphere was chill and inviting. We will def be back!"
