"Good selection of Toro and Stihl equipment. I mostly go for parts for my Toro push mowers, they typically have the parts I need like belts, blades, and small parts."
"Very good service and availability of parts Prices seemed fair. Would go there again"
"I’ve purchased lawnmowers and blowers and chainsaws from this place and have had several repairs done over the years. The repair work/estimate has always been transparent, honest, and done in the most economical fashion possible. Generally the repairs are timely. Communication is not their strong point, but they are a locally owned small business that I’m proud to support . It is evident that they actually care about doing right by their customers."
"I took my 18 year old Honda lawnmower in because of a broken pull cord. The service tech recommended a new blade and a minor service...done in 3 hours! Great price. Great customer service! My mower starts on the first pull, and runs better than new lol. Very happy with the service at this company."
"Just terrible all around. How can you say you have other customers you have to worry about instead of calling a customer to let them know their item is on back order. (Which is proper customer service for a business) I called last week asking and the guy said give it 3-5 days. I questioned him but said whatever we will wait. I called this morning and whoever the lady is dang sure doesn’t need her job. I’m guessing customer service isn’t important here. You call the customer or email them if something like that happens. Not just forget about them and lie on the phone a week earlier. This place shouldn’t be in business with the rude and nasty people they have working there. I will never do business there again."
