"In 2016 we bought suits here for my daughter's wedding. Transactions went smoothly. 2018 and we started buying pants and vests at a Columbus store for my son's wedding. They had horrid communication and never did get the vests. We came to GQ and he ordered the vests and had them in a week. The dye lot was different, but close enough to use. The price was 40% less than the Columbus store on the same brand. The manager here couldn't have been more helpful, treated me just as well as if I'd bought all from him. He also ordered ties for me and they came in in 4 days."
