"I got my hair done in their salon 2 times. One time for a gloss and one time for a formal style. The 2 hairdressers talked badly about previous clients the whole time and turned my hair greenish for the gloss, and the formal style I had to take down and redo myself. Don't go, it was a waste of 70+ dollars each time."

"First off they get you to apply for a credit card with them just for them not to know NOTHING ABOUT IT, which is frustrating for me because why would you advertise something and be clueless about how to make payments through the app, specifically Heather! nice young lady but lost when it comes to this credit card stuff, she pointed me in the direction to call customer service, I called them and they ended up charging me $9 just to speak to a representative (which is crazy if you ask me ) but , I feel as if all employees should know the Ulta App inside and out ,that way they’ll be able to assist their customers more so they can save $9. overall the store is lovely and employees are nice just need to do their homework a little more on the Ulta Credit Card instead of sending you to customer service that’s all"
