"I personally thought the store was phenomenal. Great lighting and outstanding atmosphere. I took a decently expensive pair in. The young man inspected them, let me know they were authentic. Provided a very fair offer cash/in store credit. He also let me know it would be a couple of days if I wanted the cash. I completely understood, cause they have to make money to spend money. The shoe selection is phenomenal and prices are definitely within market."

"I have known the store for over a year now, I have bought and sold shoes with them. Selective on buying but great payouts. Reviews will complain about too high of a price, the owner not buying their shoes, or bad customer service. They are store that needs to make money so the prices aren’t high but reasonable, they can’t buy whatever they have limited space and need items that can come and go. And Customer service has been great since it opened."

"I buy shoes from here more than often . They have a good selection of shoes and the prices are fair , but their customer service isn’t good or welcoming. I’ve only had one good encounter with one of the employees and they were more than willing and made shopping there a good experience any other time after that it kinda makes me not want to shop there at all. I go to other stores like Backinthedayatl or hype and they always interacting and having good vibes."
