"If I could make it any lower I would. Went in the shop today and it will be my last time. A gentleman was sitting in the back eating and watching something online. I came in to get a coil. He asked me what was said on the coil to replace it. There was excess juice in it. I went to the trashcan to empty it. My eyes couldn't make out the lettering on it, and I told him that. He then explained to me if I couldn't see it he couldn't either. At this moment, I wasn't offered a paper towel or anymore help from the gentleman. I'm guessing you are gonna say something like FDA rules prohibit workers from touching product as this. Fine. Couldn't there be a slight bit of empathy of trying to help me get the product that I was needing or maybe a paper towel to wipe my hands or something. Just to let you know, I said nothing to the gentleman after that other than fine and have a nice day. I'm usually a pleasant customer. The worst part about this whole thing is, I believe this was the manager of the store. Please set this poor soul free and remove him from that store because he is miserable there. I am older and I do remember what customer service means. This ain't it. I'm really appalled that I am having to write this, and I will keep trying to get in touch with this company to have someone to listen to me. Customer service should be trained especially with managers."
