"Great environment and great service. I had previously bought glasses at the other shades location in Orange Beach and decided that I was not happy with my choice so I stopped by this location to return/swap my sunglasses. When I arrived Patrick helped me find the perfect pair of sunglasses for my face even though it took probably 20 different pairs and 30 minutes of his time. I love my new Maui Jim’s and would 10/10 recommend working with Patrick."

"We went to the store as they have a lot of brands we liked, the store employees had 3 dogs running loose in the store, they were growling and playing but it scared two little girls who did not realize they were playing. One of the dogs jumped up on the check out counter and the employee's just laughed as one lady was checking out and apparently she did not like it. We spent over $1000 in this store and was told they gave military discount only to leave and find out they did not. I also went back in as I bought a pair of coasta sunglasses that were 20% off and they did not give that either they girl from New Mexico cashier was extremely rude and said it was our problem as she said she really did not like us anyway. Well this company is lacking management and needs to learn how to treat customers. Won't be back! I will say management did reach out to me and offer to make this right, and said they are going to deal with the employee. Updated : Returned to the store as the management made everything right and ensured they corrected to issue and I believe they did!"

"Too expensive. $98.00 men's swim trunks. Oh wait 40 percent off! That's better, now only $55.00 plus tax. I don't think so. And I find the political shirts displayed right up front offending. I have choices, and choose to shop elsewhere. When you go out of business at all stores, you'll know why!"
