Starbucks

"I'm giving up Starbucks for 2024. I can make my own coffee at home without having to argue with someone about something I'm paying almost $10 for. What's the point of getting your drink customized and printed on a label for someone to read in a particular order made specifically to fit for 1 company for the person being paid to make the drink to completely ignore it then have an attitude when you ask for the corrections to be made"

"I often oder drink here because it near by my work place. It doesn’t matter until this time, where is the dried strawberry? It look like a cheap drink, not STARBUCK."

"This Starbucks has really been on the downhill for the past few months. I am a regular at this starbucks and I have been fighting to defend this starbucks but lately the costumer service is not like it was a few months ago. It seems like every time I come down to get a drink the workers have been so rude to me and taking so long to make a drink. I understand that you are busy especially with the holiday drinks but I personally don’t see it as an excuse to stand there and talk to each other and laughing about being rude to costumers while you have a room full of people waiting for their order. I have talked to other costumers who also place mobile orders and they all have been waiting for more than 30 minutes for their drinks."

"Solid drinks but overpriced. Recommend matcha latte with oat milk for people that don’t like coffee. Fall pastries are so good. Baristas are always nice. Atmosphere is great for studying. The reason for low score is because I had to wait an hour for my order. For some reason, they were terribly backed up and everyone waited an hour or more for their orders. Messy so overall 3/5."
