"Gm was in the parking lot after we were ignored over a broken speaker. We were screamed at by the employees and treated like garbage after the window was SLAMMED in our face yelling "we ain't taken orders right now". So I told that person what I thought of her BK job and then another employee came out saying how "it's best you don't order here" after the GM offered to make our food herself. The Manger was nice and understanding, her co manager seemed to want to side with his out of control employees. Hopefully the tape was reviewed and something is done. I will never go to that BK again."

"Honestly, they have a ton of workers in there now, and still, you have to wait about 15 minutes before you get to even give the order. Today, unfortunately, the guy bagging the food just happened to be a sweaty mess. I saw him wipe his face with his bare hand, then touched the French fries he was loading in the bag, even pulling them up and out and moving them around, with his bare sweating hand. I gave the fries to the dogs."

"Worst experience in my entire life. We ordered two impossible whopper meal & been patiently waiting for over 20 mins. The place at 1:30pm during lunch time has only 3 ladies running it. My fiancée came to me and asked what’s the delay. The Burger King lady over heard & told a couple at the register that we don’t speak English. Assuming that l wont understand her racist comment. We are just coming from a Georgia trip & passed by this town to grab a bite before heading to Miami. Just because we got a latino accent the assumption from the cashier that we don’t speak English. To make the situation worst, the other two ladies started yelling at me when l asked for a refund so l can leave. So sad!!!! We left to avoid further Conflict without the food or the refund."
