"Went there on Christmas or Xmas Eve. We waited In the Line To Only be Informed that They Only Have Hot Ham And Cheese or Kids Meals. Seems to Me They Fabricated that excuse so they would not have to Work Or Cook Burgers. The cashier Played with People in the car In front of Us it seems they were Family members of one of the Employees on shift. Not to Mention they Got food And I Don't Recall Seeing the Employee obtain Payment for the Vehicle they were Having Fun times With For 7 mins. Orders Were Wrong Did not Receive Our Complete order. 12/25 5pm"

"Came through the drive thru. They were prompt to take my order, but once I got to the window, that’s where everything fell flat. I sat at the window for a total of 17 minutes before someone came to the window. I’m a patient person and thought since I waited so long, my food would be fresh. That was absolutely not the case. The patties were burnt to a crisp and were cold. The cheese didn’t even melt that’s how cold they were."

"I have been here a total of three times while working off of Normandy and every time my food is hot fresh. The fries are crispy, unsalted, and every person that has taken my order has been extremely polite. It is such a good change as most fast food experiences are not my most recent visit was August 18, 2023 at 11:30 AM"
