"Place was empty at lunch. Couldn't hear person on drive thru speaker till apparently the manager got on and spoke loudly and very clear. Food was decent, fries were a bit over cooked. Prices are high but so is everywhere else. But the staff is very rude. No matter whether you like your job or not at least have the decency to say hello especially when someone says it to you. Girl at window basically handed me my food and hurry up and shut window. Basically if u wanna hire rude employees I won't frequent your establishment."
"Why is a basic job so hard to do. Can we please put straws in bags. Please??? Like come on! Also everyone has an attitude. I just don’t get it. I don’t love my job either but in the clock at least pretend. Jesus Christ"
"What ever happened to customer service? The employees at this Wendy's act like we are disturbing them. When I asked for a few extra napkins, the young person gave me a ugly look & returned with 1 napkin. She did not give me an opportunity to say anything else. Just closed the window turned her back to me. I do realize how difficult it is finding anyone under the age of 20 that has any idea what good customer service is but part of the problem is the management not following up on how to provide good customer service. The other part is the management in the fast food stores not recognizing the employees that do a good job. Most of them do not pay more than $10 an hour & don't give raises. No incentive to do any better results in someone who cared at the beginning of their job but does not care any longer. This employees actions today will keep me from going to a Wendy's for a long time. The Wendy's management team could learn alot from the Chic Fil A employees customer service."
"I came through the drive-thru, but ended up coming inside for sweet tea. I asked for light ice, but I got more ice than the drink itself. Not a big deal, I just paid for another sweet tea no ice. I checked the food before we left and the fries weren’t fresh. We’ve been on the road for 7 hrs and the last thing I want to feed my family is stale, lukewarm fries. So the same guy that was at the window, walked by and I asked him for fresh fries. He completely disregarded me. At this point, all my food is cold, and the pretty young lady is the only reason why I gave 3 stars instead of 1 bed she actually asked me if I needed something and made sure we had fresh fries, but because the way the guy from the window responded I didn’t even want to ask for all fresh food. We can just go to the hotel and heat if up"
