Little Caesars Pizza

"I stopped by to grab a hot and ready on my way home from work. They didn't have any ready-made pizzas so I'd have to order one. It was hard to understand the guy who was at the counter but I understood that he said it would take 5 minutes so I ordered an ExtraMostBestest. My pizza actually came out pretty quickly. I grabbed it and went on my way but the box felt kinda light. When I got home I saw why. The pizza looked thin. It had light cheese and even less pepperoni than a regular Pepperoni pizza. It definitely wasn't an ExtraMostBestest. It was barely a regular Pepperoni. I was hungry and tired so I said "oh well...". I grabbed a slice and went in. The taste was okay but even the sauce was light. I didn't hate it but I know it should have been better than that. Probably won't go back to this location."

"I was excited that we had a little ceasars on this side of town until I picked up my order the other day. Long story short- spend your money somewhere else. Their customer service here is just horrible. If there are any problems, they do not care to help you or make it right. They just care about their money not about being a respectable business or just being a decent human being in general. Again, spend your time and money somewhere else. I would rather drive to Watson or Perry before coming here again."

"I’m so glad we finally have a location on this side of town only 1.2 miles away!!! The pizza and Cheese bread were great and the kids LOVED them. I had oven roasted wings that were ok, but nothing to write home about. The staff was friendly and asked me the moment I walked in the door if they could help."

"I have made multiple orders at this location since it has opened and while past experiences have been complimentary.. this one has been quite unusual due to the owner. I made a online order of 1 half pepperoni half cheese pizza, 1 garlic cheese bread, and bread sticks. When I arrived I used my code 579 and picked up the food from the automatic oven. Drove home and opened my pizza box to see I did not have half n half, but half pepperoni n half sticks. Called and spoke w the young man who was working the counter and he discussed with the cook that maybe the pizza was just cut incorrectly? Then asked if I would text a picture of my pizza. I even told him my daughter could not wait to eat the pepperoni slice seeing as the pizza should of been half n half. I was not expecting to send a picture. The young man said he would write the issue in the system and I asked if I could come later in the evening once I had someone to stay home with my daughter, like maybe around 6 and he agreed. I called at 5:35pm and asked if the order could be made so I could come pick it up and the young lady placed me on hold to then have a older woman, whom I am assuming now is the owner, began questioning me where the other pizza is. I said no one told me I needed the pizza or needed to bring it back. I tried to explain that my original order was at 2 in the afternoon. I told her I sent a picture to the young man and she claimed that is her son and with so many people accusing them of mess ups over the last two weeks I would need to bring the other pizza and kept interrupting me and then hung up on me. I am flabbergasted by the unprofessionalism in this situation and lack of follow through. Please ignore grammar mistakes as I am upset by this establishment and their lack of customer service support. I overall rate the owners zero stars for hanging up on me and not owning up to their mistake nor trying to fix it."
