Dunkin'

"Unfortunately the customer service here at drive-thru has declined. It used to be such a pleasure to make Dunkin my Friday morning treat en route to work .. recently I feel the staff doesn't care as much .. 2x back to back I arrived at the window after waiting 5-7 minutes and the drive-thru staff had no idea what I ordered. No greeting, no apologies, just a hand reaching out the window asking for my payment .. sorry, but you lost me. Customer service MATTERS no matter what."

"This is my closest dunkin so I go here when I need coffee but at this point I’m just paying for milk. They never tell me my total or hand me a receipt. I gave up on asking for less milk because it doesn’t matter they won’t listen. Pictured are the same drink I got on different days and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement."

"This is by far the worst Dunkin iv been to by far. It’s tarnishing Dunkin name. I went here for my morning coffee run and ordered my usual hot coffee and bagel. I was handed the wrong order which was a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. (I don’t eat bacon) I confronted the manager Bina about this and she yelled at me to get out of the drive through line. I came into the store to hand the food back to her so I can get my correct order and she told me to come back tomorrow. This isn’t my normal Dunkin so I’d have to go out my way to come back. I just took the loss and left. It’s not worth dealing with people like her. I would not recommend this Dunkin to anyone if you value your money and time. Take your money elsewhere"

"went this morning with my boyfriend to buy a coffee and bagel bites. our bagel bites weren’t even done (still aren’t the cream cheese isn’t even melted or warm) my coffee doesn’t even taste right and she asked us what we were waiting for and we told her and she had an attitude. definitely won’t be returning to this store and wasn’t worth what i spent !"
