"My wife and I came here to get a night snack of donuts around 7:20 pm 12/8. The line was wrapped around the building and doors to inside were closed. We had been sitting in line for at least 30 minutes. It’s a Saturday night and considering this to be reopening store seems like they would have the lines moving a lot better than this. When we got to the intercom to place order it took the at least 5 to 10 minutes to get our order. This is the second time I’ve had to wait longer than 15 minutes for donuts/or for someone to take my order. I am a regular customer to KK but I am very disappointed in the service at this location."

"11/25 8:40pm sat in the drive thru for almost 20 mins to be given some super old donuts. I’ve been eating KK my entire life and have never had such stale old donuts. Not even the Kroger ones are this bad. Luckily I took a bite out of a few before we got to far down the street. Def tried to give the benefit of the doubt. Went inside to inform them and the girl at the counter went to the back and pulled a fresh rack. She gave me 6 new donuts. The pic shows the 1st batch on the left and the new batch on the right. Big difference. I’m just disappointed that I was served the nasty ones in the 1st place. Def won’t be returning. Do better!"

"New location is open after renovations! We lucked out and hot donuts were just starting. Bright and fresh interior. Nice seating. Love the viewing area. Friendly staff."

"I went there on the opening night and place was packed. The serves hot and fresh glazed doughnut for free and they were amazing. The place look spotless and everyone there was so welcoming. They still have the doughnut making production line but in one corner. The new Scooby Doo doughnuts for Halloween are must try."
