"They did not have any glazed donuts and said it would be a ridiculous amount of time before they did. The store was filthy and the drive thru was packed as well as the inside had people in there. There was only 4 people working, one on drive thru and one on the register. The other two looked as tho they actually make donuts. I did get one of those valentines donuts and it was descent."

"ordered a dozen donuts from here through Uber eats, six raspberry filled and six were supposed to be glazed donuts. I’ve only received A box of full 12 glazed donuts. Not only that, they have a weird lemony bleach-like taste to them. What’s even more annoying is that they put the receipt on the box that clearly states that I had ordered six raspberry donuts and six glazed, and still decided to fulfill my order which was completely wrong. Keep in mind my Uber eats driver had to wait at least 20 minutes in line for this, just for you guys to be completely wrong. Would not recommend, I don’t understand how hard it is to have raspberry donuts if you are Krispy Kreme…."

"It’s sad I just sat stuck in line because I couldn’t get out (west end location) and it’s sad I had to still pay after a 35+ wait it was literally only 3 cars before me and it took over the amount of time needed as well as they had the audacity to not even have coffee…you barley had an option and you can’t even get flavored coffees/lattes it’s truly sad and I’d appreciate a full refund and to speak to management because that’s ridiculous if I’d walked inside they would’ve been had me out of the way it’s no one really inside and that’s sad smh"

"Ordered from here on door dash and ,wasn't the best experience. My donuts were noticeably two different sizes and were very disgusting. After paying $20 the least I could get were some fresh donuts and these were not even close. Very disappointed."

"If you like glazed donuts only, this is the location for you. We’ve gone on 5 separate occasions and they ONLY had original glazed donuts available. No napkins and no receipts. Kids working the window are cool but they have no selection. Why?????? Update: guess everyone went for the glazed only selection because today 9/10/23 they only a limited selection of cream filled smh"
