It wouldn't hurt for them to work with regular clients, like taking back a vapor cigarette right after you buy it but it doesn't work or they tell you to try it but you don't like it and haven't left the store but want to exchange it!!! Allow charge accounts for regular clients to help them out a little!!! Do things to keep the regulars!!!"

"I have been a regular customer specially for Subway. Today I stopped by to get some sandwiches and the person at subway clearly is deaf because she was taking my order wrong starting with the amount of sandwiches I was asking for. I thought well it’s ok she might not have heard correctly. Right after that she had the WORST attitude towards me. She didn’t want to add veggies to the sandwich saying she can only add 3 pcs of each veggies( literally 3 leaves of spinach, 3 slices of onions and so on) . I have bought food in this subway for at least 8 years and I never had such a horrible experience. This employee dared to yell at me saying I’m the one with an attitude every time I walk into the store which first of all she should know to show respect for customers which she clearly didn’t show towards me. I ended up leaving after yelling back at her. I will NEVER spend my money with them again. I would not be surprised she was high or something like that because I have no other explanation for her rude attitude. One thing It’s true when I am the customer is that If I’m paying for a service and you have an ugly attitude towards me I’ll respond to you on the same way, so they can keep their food because They lost a frequent customer today and some other store will have my business from now on. I hope the owners look into this type of behavior from their employees because that is simply UNACCEPTABLE!"
