"Came in this store with my sister and mother. The workers was to busy moving racks around to check us out. Not professional at all when i asked to be checked out the second time the guy said "Oh he's coming" He then ran to answer the phone not to check us out. I will never be back. The customer service is terrible. Also not the first time I've had bad service."
"This store has some of the best sales around. My favorite part is that you can get jewelry for really low reasonable prices. It's a cool place, however, the quality of the items you purchase can not always be trusted. Some of the clothing material tears easily. Jewelry after one wear has broken on multiple occasions. I am pleased with the durability of rue21 boots though. Cute clothes."
