"Chick-Fil-A service in Dothan?!!!! Went in on a Wednesday for Lunch. Ms. G, one of the nicest employees to ever work at a McDonald's, was there to open the door for us. She welcomed us with a smile and as we came inside every single employee was ready and eager to assist us. The food was hot, fresh, and came out really quick. The great service continued as we ate inside. Ms. G must came by several times and asked if we needed anything and to let her know at any time if we do. Also, the inside was very clean! Me and every other customer looked comfortable and satisfied. Seriously most fast food places in Dothan have gone down hill so this was an absolutely incredible breath of fresh air!!"

"Amazing service. Friendly atmosphere. As a truck driver I’ve been everywhere but never seen service in mac like in here. Like expensive restaurant. Every worker passing through asking if you need anything. That’s fantastic"

"The food is a disgrace get food poisoning then some of the managers are very disrespectful to the coworkers me being a former employee there I wouldn't suggest at all eating at this establishment or working always dirty no one wants to take the time to clean or anything heed my warning ⚠️ this is the absolute worst McDonald's in Dothan all I say is if you eat or want to work there watch your backs. Not to mention if something happens corporate don't won't to work out these problems at this establishment I will never eat or anything at this place again absolute worst."

"Drive thru only due to remodeling. Staff was nice and friendly. Ordered two meals with fries. Fries were hot, but they were out of ketchup. No straws for our drinks, and my Big Mac had no sauce ( taste really different without the sauce)."

"First off, let’s just say as being an Assistant Store Manager at a fast food restaurant myself, this has been by far the worst I have seen at a restaurant which is not appealing. Me being a vistor from Prattville, AL traveling down for church service, this makes me not want to eat at this location. Soon as you walk into the store it was filthy including the restrooms. As I stood and looked around the restaurant, I noticed that it was worst than I thought after walking around, drink station dirty, trash everywhere, tables dirty, spills on the floor with NO WET FLOOR SIGNS, etc. Though the lobby was filthy, cashier sitting down, on her watch texting, others outside on the phone. My food was ready, no one called out a number or informed me, instead of doing that, the cashier was leaned over the counter, on her watch. Whoever the area manager is for this location needs to know what this store looks like!"
