"Ordered bacon egg swiss croissant combo this morning and when i got ready to eat my food the wedges were not done and my sandwich had a molded egg. Like if i saw it i know the person in the kitchen did as well."

"Usually rude employees late at night. Food is never ready, despite being a fast food joint. My recent experience as a DoorDash driver at this Wendy's location was challenging and highlighted several areas for improvement. Despite the well-known brand and typically good standards, the wait time for order pickup was significantly longer than expected, extending to about 15 minutes. This delay not only affected the delivery timeline but also impacted my efficiency and earnings for the hour. Additionally, the interaction with staff was less than ideal. While I understand that everyone has off days, being disregarded and receiving subpar communication does not align with the customer service standards one would expect from Wendy's. It certainly added an unnecessary layer of difficulty to the delivery process.I believe in constructive feedback and hope that this review serves as an opportunity for Wendy's to enhance its operations and staff training, especially in how they interact with delivery drivers. A mutual respect and understanding can greatly improve the experience for all parties involved—employees, drivers, and ultimately, the customers we serve. Looking forward to seeing positive changes and potentially revising my review after a more favorable future experience."

"We order two breakfast sandwich combos. Upon receiving the bag we noticed one sandwich was missing. Knocked on the door and informed them of which sandwich was missing we waited and was not given the BcnEggSwsCrsnt instead was giving another Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit. Time on receipt says 9:32 AM. Maybe it’s to early for them to function. Also the purpose of making a Honey Butter chicken biscuit worth actually wanting it again is adding the honey and the butter on the dam sandwich. Wendy’s you got to do better."

"Terrible customer service. The young lady that worked drive through on 4/1/23 at 2pm was extremely rude and spoke condescendingly when I asked her if I could have new bags and my sandwich remade because there is ketchup all over the sandwich wrapper. Her response was “Is there something wrong with the sandwich itself because if not then there would be no reason to remake it?” I looked at her speechless before just grabbing my wet ketchup covered bags and ketchup covered sandwich and left. I hadn’t been to this location in at least 6 months and I will not return. This new generation has got to do better and appreciate the opportunity to be employed. Management definitely needs to do some customer service training with their staff or replace them. They obviously do not understand that without patrons, they would not have a job to come to."

"I will never eat from This chain restaurant ever again. My daughter bought me a taco salad. There were nothing in the salad bowl other than lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. To top things off my juice had no ice, and they did not give her a straw. I took the top off the cup to drink my pink lemonade and to my surprise, I don't know if that is dirt or what in the cup. I am so disappointed and disgusted."
