"I am very unhappy with the customer service at Pursona. I purchased a pair of shoes around December to wear to a function but they don't carry my size (10ish-11). I found a pair that fit okay but I ended up needing to return them because I found a paid that fit better somewhere else. WELL. You can only get a store credit for returns and I live out of town. The sales girl assured me that I could use my credit online so I started looking but was discouraged at my options. I emailed the owner and she has been incredibly UNHELPFUL. Basically took my $200 and said "see ya". I have since emailed several times for updates/help finding a shoe on the site that would fit my big feet. Nothing. She doesn't even reply half the time. I've even sent specific shoes to her asking if she could order in another size of if it would fit a 10 comfortable. Nothing. $200 is a lot to some people, the least they can do is help me find a shoe to use my credit on. It's been over 2 months and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO HELP ME."
