"Love my local store, do not care for the corporate decision by Talbots to close our only local women's clothing store. Not impressed at all with the owner of the property for failing to negotiate a reasonable rent. Perhaps all of their businesses that lease from them will warn others to do business elsewhere."

"I visited Talbots on a weeknight to purchase a tailored jacket. As anticipated, there were other customers in the store, however, it was far less than crowded. As I examined multiple racks throughout the store in search of the jacket, ZERO associates acknowledged my presence or offered assistance. Talbots in Columbus lost a potential sale and has definitely lost a repeat customer."
