"personally i love this place !! and can’t really compare it to the downtown location because moores mill and shug jordan are totally different from how the downtown location runs and what they offer so you really can’t compare what you like there and then come the other locations and compare it to that. doesn’t really make sense! it’s a counter service restaurant. you order and your given a table number you sit down and eat at the table and once you leave, your food is picked up off the table and cleaned. they do a great job! so think before you judge so quickly about a restaurant that started from a restaurant that is known and loved by auburn and surrounding citizens . thank you."
"Excellent addition to the Moore’s mill area! Friendly staff and quick food. The menu is a bit different than the original, but a lot of the same favorites are available here. Great option for a more casual meal. Frozen drinks are also delish."
"Disappointing experience. The orders came out wrong, and cold. Quality of food seemed mediocre, although if you are lucky enough to get a freshly cooked order of fries, they are decent. Didn't see anybody sterilizing tables in between diners. Prices on the high side."
"I wanted to like this new location, and perhaps it’s just that it’s new, but for the prices charged (over $100 for four people) the food was WAY below average. Beautiful new building, but the food (we had three different dishes at our table) was not good for any of us. Menu is nothing like the main location. Hope they can improve."
"I'm giving 5 stars because I want this location and business to do well. There are however some concerns/comments I have: -Upon entering, we really were not greeted. The style of the business is so fundamentally different from the Gay st. Location that we didn't know what to do. The order area needs an "Order Here" sign. Someone did after a minute come give a menu and Simi-explain. -Slightly odd smell in the restaurant, which is typical of restaurants sometimes. -Sides are hard to find on the menu, drinks should be listed despite their being a machine, we sat ourselves which was I'm guessing was the right thing to do (need sign) but we couldn't see the drink machine so we were confused until ordering. -Music was good for the style. -Food was delicious! -I'm not sure how else to do it, but you pay when you order and it asks for a tip. I'm not sure who we are tipping or for what, someone did bring our food but they don't check on you so?"
