"They seem to not know how to evaluate clothing/shoes here, I have been told they couldn’t accept shoes because they have been worn too much that I know I’ve never worn and have never been worn, very lazy employees! I have a worst experience than the last everytime that I come here so I’ve opted out of doing business here from now on!"

"I’m giving this particular Plato’s 2 stars only because of customer service and appearance of the store. I brought in a duffel bag to initially just get the cash and keep going. I began to look around and found 2 pairs of American eagle jeans $10 a piece and still in great condition so I decided to do a trade. I was upset at how my items got handled. The person sorting my items seemed to be a nice person but had poor work ethic. Upon grabbing my bag she began to walk around behind the counter on her phone (talking loud) and with no shoes on. I’m not sure that you can do that but she did it. The entire staff had a bland I don’t wanna be here attitude and everything was a MESS!! ! When cashing out the young lady that helped me didn’t know how to do a trade or do the difference. Luckily I found the jeans and a few $1 clearance items. I will NOT BE RETURNING to the store"
