"I ordered a ginger bread latte. The guy at the register wasn't even friendly. He tried to check me out without even knowing what size of a coffee I wanted. So I stopped him and told him. After waiting ten minutes he gives me something that isn't even the coffee I ordered. I was already running late for work. I only come during the holidays for their seasonal drinks. The coffee looks nothing like the picture or even tastes like ginger bread. It tastes like a blonde espresso! Starbucks you greatly disappointed me. You're dead to me!!!!"

"The WORST STARBUCKS IN GEORGIA! If I could give 0 stars I would. Service is slow!!!! Drinks are nasty. Terrible customer service!!! Girls have the smartest mouths and sassiest attitudes. If you want to be late for work with a bad cup of coffee come here!!! Corporate really needs to do an evaluation on this place!!! Sit in and watch them not for a day have someone come out for a few weeks! Whole establishment needs re trained!!! Management included! I will definitely be reaching out to corporate! I had to go to a gas station to get some creamer just to fix my coffee after waiting FOREVER for it !! Get it together!!"

"We stopped here on our way home from Atlanta, and it's a very clean, modern coffee shop with a very convenient location. Less than a mile from I-85, it has a busy drive thru and a spacious outdoor seating area. There are plenty of tables and chairs inside too. The bathrooms are always an indicator of the quality of a restaurant, and these were in great shape too. Friendly service and the standard quality food and beverage offerings from Starbucks as well."
