"When I first found this store I was so happy. I purchased over $450.00 worth of merchandise. My significant other went back 3 weeks later to surprise me. He ended up purchasing one of the dresses that I got previously and and he bought the shoes 1/2 size too small. I went back the day after he surprised me and I tried to exchange the dress and the shoes for the right size and a different dress. The same lady assisted me and told me that I could not exchange. I asked to speak with the manager because I spent a great deal to me in that store. She said the manager was not there and she was too busy to talk to me. I told her that I would contact the media and submit terrible reviews because this was not good customer service and customer loyalty. I was upset and I never cursed at her and she told me that I was being rude. The customer is always right and I expressed that I was unhappy and that I did not appreciate the attitude from her. I told her that I would contact my attorney over $60.40. It’s not about the money it’s about the principle. She knew I bought the same dress 3 weeks prior and she knew the shoes were a size too small. I have never met a business that clearly saw a mistake and did not make it right with tags on and never worn and I simply wanted to get a dress that was different and a pair of shoes that fit. I am so disappointed that my business was not appreciated and the manager nor the associate was trying to make it right."

"Honesty, the name of this place and the not so informative google pictures would have led me to skip right past this store and find another. Thankfully I went for some last minute clothes I needed. They actually have really cute clothes!! Super girly."
